Executive Board
The Whatcom Council of Governments Executive Board (EB) is an 8 member board comprised of the County Executive, Mayor of Bellingham, 1 County Council Member, 1 Bellingham City Council Member, 1 Port of Bellingham Commissioner, and 3 Elected Officials (Mayor or Council Member) from the remaining 6 small cities. The EB oversees the monthly WCOG operations.
